Why you should choose MMA over other Martial Arts!

Being aware of and trained in one or the other martial art is essential in today’s date. Why? Because you always need to be prepared for the uncalled situations, and shouldn’t wait for any reasons to take up martial arts. Whether you sign-up for Karate, Muay Thai, Taekwondo or any other martial art, each of the combat sports has its own set of discipline and rules, which a martial artist has to abide.

While most of the martial arts will teach you how to defend, only in a particular way, like – Boxing teaches you how to punch, but limits you to when it comes to ground fighting or Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu teaches you how to subdue someone, but restricts you when it comes to standing up & fighting or punching.

But, when all the Martial Arts are put together – we get Mixed Martial Arts. A blend of boxing, wrestling, judo, brazilian jiu-jitsu, karate, muay thai (Thai boxing), and other disciplines. Training you to master the grappling and striking techniques both, here’s why you must choose MMA over other Martial Art Forms –

1.Realistic Fight Mechanism

Various martial arts don’t simulate a realistic defense and fight situation. MMA is created to tackle such situation and take charge upon fighting techniques that are beyond a particular style of martial arts. To be able to ace the overall fighting ground, the MMA artists are supposed to master the art of both striking and grappling.

2. Strength and Conditioning

MMA is a very consuming combat sport that requires a little extra effort. Because it is the mixed kind of martial art form, it has the training discipline of different defense styles; which makes it a bit taxing. But this extra effort, strengthens the fighters and conditions them for worst case scenario.

3. Relieves Stress

MMA is a great way to relieve stress. Aggression through fighting releases the built up stress and makes you feel liberated and light. A good MMA session after which you’re drenched in sweat, tired to the core, have a big appetite and ready to call it a day, is nothing less than bliss. You don’t get time to overthink and get rid of all the negativity, during your training session.

4. Inculcate Competitiveness

MMA is a combat sport made on the fighting spirit that triggers the will to win. The drive shall help you take better decisions in life and also improve other aspects that are related to your professional or personal life. With this ‘Never-Back-Down-Attitude’ you’ll be ready to face the challenges thrown at you at any point of time.

5. Problem Solving Skill

MMA is made with distinct kinds of martial arts that has its own specialties. It incorporates all kinds of techniques that requires the fighter to emerge as a winner. During the fight, an MMA fighter strategies each of his moves in a speck of time to defeat their opponent. This skill comes to use in different aspects of life that only gets polished while practicing MMA.

With these reasons to back MMA as the ultimate Martial Art Sport, we’re sure you’ve got your own reasons to opt for this too. The mental and physical benefits gained from this combat sport is unmatched. Not only does MMA unleashes a fighter in you, but also refines you as a warrior of your life. Alan, Operations Director MMA Matrix, says…

“There is no life worth living without movement…you’re lifeless if you’re not moving!!!”

4 Ways How Mixed Martial Arts Can Help You Relieve Stress

The world doesn’t seem to wait for anything. Everything is rushing and moving at such a fast pace that whoever fails to match a foot, lags behind. And in this hectic life, which waits for none having a breather for a while becomes impossible. This routine hustle becomes the root cause of stress, which only piles up over the course of time.

So, how does one cope with stress?

Out of all the ways that help you relieve stress, one of the most certain and assured way is taking the path of a warrior – taking up Mixed Martial Arts (MMA)!

By maintaining a perfect mind and body coordination, deep breathing and having an undivided attention, MMA comes as the perfect answer to – ‘How MMA can help you cope up with stress’

Here, take a look at some more reasons –

1. A Rush of Endorphins

Practicing MMA helps release endorphins that are the feel-good neurotransmitter of your brains. These endorphins boost your mood and make you feel happy. They act as a painkiller and encourage you to push your limits, also giving you a sense of accomplishment.

MMA, which is a combination of various strength and cardio exercises, triggers the release of these hormones, helping you cope with stress.

2. MMA is Cathartic

Firstly, MMA is meditative. Once you’re engaged in sparring and practicing new skills, you can feel the burden coming off your shoulder. You’re so much involved in the activity that you punch away all the stress you feel, onto that punching bag. After the heated and fueled up session, you feel light and so much positive, than ever before.

3. MMA gives a Sense of Belongingness

Having a social circle is vital for everyone to have a good time. A healthy environment that promotes personal growth and gives a sense of belonging to a community. A community which is driven towards achieving the same goal, and who’re there to back you up whenever you need a push.

Your MMA troop becomes that community with whom you can train, sweat, bleed and feel at home.

4. Highlight of the Day

When you start enjoying an activity, you look forward to it the whole day. You drive yourself towards it, keep a positive vibe and wait for it to happen. MMA is one such activity that liberates you. It eventually becomes the highlight of your day. Once engrossed, you’re motivated and boosted with energy. This positive outlook helps you ward off the stress on your shoulder, and you tend to feel better.

As and when you start training, you find yourself getting more engaged in the activity. You are emotionally, mentally and physically connected to the combat sport, and you get a place to unwind and beat off the stress. Become a warrior, fight your stress, and emerge victorious, only with MMA Matrix. 5 Reasons Why Having a Personal Trainer is Important

Many believe that working out is just another activity that doesn’t really need any planning or a structure. Much like shopping for groceries or selecting an ice-cream flavour, people assume following any random routine for their exercise would work just fine and help them in achieving their goals. But NO. In no way that assumption holds correct value and get you your desired results in a set frame of time.

Personal Trainers are specialist teachers who know their subject, look after strategizing your fitness regime and help you achieve your target in desired time. Because every person has a different body and capacity, a personal trainer dedicates himself to each of its clients to tailor their fitness plan.

Let’s get to know some reasons why having a personal trainer is important:

  1. Better Results: A personal trainer makes sure you practice selected exercises that brings you closer to your goal. Doing your regime properly and following a strict routine, a personal trainer makes your target their own, and motivate, encourage and push you to achieve it.
  2. Set Realistic Goals: Who doesn’t want to lose fat or gain muscles right away!? But let’s face the reality, no magic happens overnight. A good personal trainer will help you set realistic goals that you’ll be able to achieve as per your effort, capacity, diet and many more factors.
  3. Overcoming Plateaus: Even the most devoted gym-goer dreads the ‘plateau’. When one stops experiencing any results in their body, the motivation to keep going to the gym dwindles. A personal trainer plays a very important role here. They help you identify new techniques to push you beyond the plateau, keeping you ever encouraged.
  4. Reduce Chances of injuries: Form is really important when it comes to working out. While a right posture fetches you benefits, the wrong one can injure you fatally. A personal trainer, ensure you perform the exercises correctly with the right posture, to maximise the results.
  5. Keep the regime interesting: To keep you motivated and make you look forward to working out, a personal trainer formulates a plan that makes you have fun. They introduce multiple challenges and bring in a change every now and then. Your workout routine hence doesn’t remain monotonous and boring at all.

At MMA Matrix, our Personal Trainers hold years of experience and proper qualifications. They expert the art of training and provide you with tailored fitness regime. They possess all the ingredients to be your partner in fitness, confidant and the best trainer you’ll ever have!

Unfolding the 2nd Edition of Matrix Fight Night!

After the huge success of the 1st chapter of MFN in Mumbai, MFN 2 was nothing but a delight for every Mixed Martial Art fan present in the capital city of India. What started as a platform for all the Indian MMA Fighters to bring their talent to the front, MFN has now become a stage to bring Indian MMA into the acknowledgment of the people.

New Delhi, the host city often regarded as the fight capital of the country, saw and has produced one of the most iconic MMA shows that India has seen.

With Facebook as our digital partner, the event reached millions (2.6 million as we speak) and more than 3000 people at the venue.

The fights were the best of what Indian MMA has ever seen in the recent times; with all the fighters bringing their ‘A’ game, much to the delight of the Indian MMA fans. Enthralled by the entertaining fight, the audience sat on the edge of their seats. The fighters clearly stole the show as they left those in attendance, awestruck.

The monumental event hosted by the renowned Shroffs – Tiger Shroff, Krishna Shroff Ayesha Shroff, Jackie Shroff and India’s MMA Pioneer – Alan Fenandes, brought in the much-needed charm and authenticity to the Indian Mixed Martial Arts Scene. Sharing the message of the importance of self-defense, the objective of Matrix Fight Night – ‘To be self-reliant and be ready for any kind situation life throws at you, mentally and physically’, the night was hence commenced on a high note and ended on a huge crescendo!

The capital city witnessed its first event, the second edition of MMA Matrix’s Gym flagship event – MFN 2 and brought MMA to Indian masses. The Fighters were divided into their customary Corners:

Red Corner- Dhruv Chaudhary, Sanjeet Budhwar, Ishika ThiteKapil Kumar, Seth Rosario, Jason Solomon

Blue Corner – Angad Bisht, Anshul Jubli, Arti Khatri, Clinton D’Cruz, Mukesh Gora, Shrikant Sekhar

Out of which, nearly all the fights had an intense and a nail-biting finish. It was nothing but a treat to watch the fighters give in their all and throw some unbelievable kicks and punches. The strategies that flipped over the bout for a fighter, the knock-out punch that made a fighter kiss victory, the revival of a fighter back into the fight, were just some of the instances that made innumerable eyes glued to the cage. What also excited the mass was Tiger Shroff’s incredible moves and a little fighter/ Martial Artist who stole everyone’s heart with his kickass moves matching Tiger’s toe to toe.

In the end, the fighters who made it to the winners list were – Angad Bisht, Arti Khatri, Mukesh Gora, Clinton D’Cruz, Shrikant Sekhar and Anshul Jubli!

The fighters were tremendously encouraged by the Shroffs and Anand Ahuja! The special night was everything it ought to be – a splendid fight night, a humongous promotion of the combat sport, fighters unveiling their best and audience appreciating the effort every kick and punch. A successful night in Delhi, the auditorium sang tales of episodes that happened in the cage. The expressions of people surrounding the cage were just enough to tell how entertained and astound they were watching the fights.

Indeed a treat for the people of Delhi, it’s no doubt that MFN 2 became a major success. Skills combined with strategy and power, MFN has become a gigantic wave in the sea of Indian Mixed Martial Arts. The core team of MFN i.e Tiger Shroff, Krishna Shroff, Ayesha Shroff, Jackie Shroff all present and Alan Fenandes were overwhelmed to see the massive turnout. They promise to host MFN in more cities of India and bring the hidden talent of the country to the forefront, with respect to MMA! Alan (Director Operations – MMA Matrix Gym) concluded saying “It’s great to see how people are accepting this sport in our country and showering their love on MFN. Looking at the pace, we’re motivated to host more MFNs and give a permanent stage to our very own deserving Indian MMA Fighters.”

How Exercise Can Help Overcome PTSD

Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder mostly follows after a serious life event, when a person is unable to cope up with the trauma. Not just associated with events, PTSD tags along with some profession which demands people to go through certain activities that leave a serious impact on their mind, such as the armed forces, police officers, fire-fighters and many more.

PTSD has an effect on more than just mental health. It’s linked with more serious risk of chronic conditions such as diabetes, obesity, alcohol abuse, cardiovascular disease etc. Increasing weight and losing fitness are also consequences of this exhaustive and consuming illness and can make the symptoms of PTSD worse.

The lack of motivation is one of the key factors of severe depression, and convincing people who experience mental distress to workout can be difficult. The early part of getting into fitness involves small activities such as getting outside the bed, a little bit of walking and some more physical movements.

Why Exercise?

People who’ve started with small steps, of doing regular exercise, show better and improved symptoms of PTSD, compared to those who don’t workout and just rely on the usual care and medication. The benefits of routine exercise go beyond mental health.

This can be clearly observed in patients who workout. The exercise intervention helps them to become active and pushes them to do something or the other and not sit idle at all. For those who don’t, they have major chances of gaining weight and witness a limit in their usual activities.

The Positive Effect of Exercise

Exercise proves to be a good influence on mental health as it contributes to reducing anxiety and depression. The effect of regular fitness regime on PTSD has positive physical health outcomes, such as improved cardiovascular health, weight loss, and greater flexibility and mobility.

Talking of which, people suffering from PTSD should only go for low to moderate intensity exercises such as Yoga, Pilates, Tai-chi, Swimming, Jogging, etc. We at MMA Matrix understand the sensitivity of such cases and pay utmost attention to help our members overcome it. We take them through low to moderate intensity exercise to lower their stress levels and support them till they emerge as a fighter at the end. We stand by them in their journey and root for them in every way possible.

The Winner At The End – An inspiring journey of recovery

Almost all of us in our lives go through a phase where we have no control over the circumstances. How much ever do we try to control or dictate our motivation, we are somehow left demotivated and hopeless. But you see, that’s where your mental health and positivity comes in. The time when you need your drive and passion the most. If you thought that mental health only associates itself to actual fitness and well-being of your mind, wait there’s more to it. Your mind holds an unimaginable capacity of power. From keeping your whole body fit to making you feel motivated, positive, driven and good about yourself, the mind also holds the capability to recover and heal really quickly!

One such story of immense dedication and great determination that we have witnessed is of our very own trainer at MMA Matrix, Paras Nayal. On 19th April 2019, Paras was hit by an autoimmune disease – TranverseMyelytis. A rare type of disease wherein the immune system mistakenly attacks the body, and in this case it damaged the insulating material covering nerve cell fibers of Paras’s spinal cord. A completely shook Paras couldn’t comprehend what was going on and whether it was just a nightmare. To his unpleasant realisation, his body from waist below was left paralysed. As he describes, he was frozen in time; too unreal for him to react and even express what he felt. After the intense surgeries and innumerable follow-ups, Paras was discharged on a wheelchair with a statement that was enough to sway anybody’s moral – ‘You probably won’t be able to walk forever.’

While the world fell weak on those words, he analysed where he fell short in all his course of fitness routine which he carried on for years. He refused to accept what the doctors had told him and was determined to be able to walk again. He counselled himself, channelized his mental energy and gathered all the strength to gear up for the battle he was preparing to fight. More than anybody else, he sought belief in himself. From his past experience where he’d seen numerous strong willed people, overcoming their hurdles, it was this instance that made him realise that everybody has their own battle, and for those who are strong enough to fight, are always going to win.

A month and a half since the tragic incident, Paras evolved from a person stuck on a wheelchair to a person who could take a couple of steps on his own. Challenging the words of the doctors, he gave himself into the realm of fitness, getting back to his daily routine and hence back to his feet. What kept him going? He says the love and support of people around him. When he saw hope and scope in himself, they saw it too. His family at MMA Matrix worked with him to achieve that is still in process, his aim. His fitness routine-backed his strength and gave him the motivation to keep the fire in him alive.

When asked what message would he like to give to people who have been facing the same or worse he says, “Never stop appreciating yourself. Life comes with battles and gives you a lot many reasons to smile and cry. It’s a cycle. You must choose for what kind of person you have to be and fight through your demons. The person who then emerges victorious, is unbeatable.”.

Seeing his dedication and determination, Paras has inspired the whole gym to be a person of strong willpower. A true fighter, he never turned his back on the problems and faced them instead. An example to everyone, Paras continues to train people and works out with the help of his fellow trainers.

The impact of positive mental health can be significant in recovering and healing. It can help in realising the full potential of the body, coping with stress, contributing to the work productivity and doing well for the society. Which is why, a positive mind and a positive outlook helps one achieve almost anything they want.

At MMA Matrix, we’re nothing more than appreciative and proud of his hard-work. We encourage a nurturing environment, conducive and fun for people to make most of their workout sessions. We strive for an experience that our members and also trainers can indulge into. Paras Nayal and all our trainers reflect a ‘never-back-down’ spirit that we applaud! It makes us proud and extremely happy to have them as our trainers and team members.

“For anyone who treats a little niggle or an obstacle in life as an excuse to give up, should get inspired by Paras’s story”– says Alan Fenandes (Director Operations MMA Matrix)

Unlocking the best of Martial Arts with Meditation

Each Fighter/Practitioner is on a search to find a move or a technique that can help them better his/her game. Spending multiple hours in the gym, practicing martial arts forms relentlessly have their bodies drained out of energy and their mind, flushed with many thoughts. But all that what a fighter really needs is that special place of “Calmness” in the mind to channelize and process all that is going on in their head. Although, the most overlooked…yet a simple and effective way that can bring out the controlled warrior in you…is Meditation. It calls for refocus, reloading and restructuring of everything that goes in during strenuous physical and mental pressure.

Meditation and control
Meditation helps you clear your mind and unlink yourself from the emotional stress, fear, mental block and other subconscious things that bother you. It also restrains the effects of the emotional baggage on your physical output such as early fatigue, inattentiveness, alertness etc. Through meditation you start disciplining your inner self and have a command over your mind and emotions. Elevating your confidence and banishing your fears, doubts and everything else that brings you down, meditation keeps you up and about.
The biggest and the best names in the martial arts dedicate a part of their success to
meditation. A practice which they believed gave them a direction to let their energy flow
and better their technique. A lot to offer, meditation has proven to help the professionals as much as it has helped the beginners.

How Meditation benefits in Martial Arts Training?
Meditation has a lot many benefits when it comes to channelizing energy, concentration, and focus. But it accounts for a lot more than that:
a. Increasing the efficiency:
While meditating, the mind and the body of a fighter/practitioner are relaxed. This
supports high grasping power and improves the alertness and concentration of
the fighter/practitioner. The moves that you learn over time and with practice, are
delivered better off by doing meditation.
    b. Contributes to visualization:
Giving a good amount of time and dedication to meditation, the visualizing power
of the fighter/practitioner is enhanced. From this, the fighter/practitioner visualizes
themselves performing a physical task that helps them bettering it in reality. The
muscles are activated towards reaching the set aim in the imagination and encourages your mind to pursue it. This pushes your limit mentally and makes it easier for your body to execute it and achieve it.
     c. Catalyst in recovery:
Like any other physical activity it’s very common for the fighters/practioners to
carry some bruise and toll on their bodies. And that takes time to recover. Through meditation, the healing and recovery of the person becomes strong, when compared to those who don’t meditate. It happens so because meditation boosts your immunity system and may prevent injury that can affect your training and performance.
Meditation is very beneficial if you give it some dedicated time everyday. Bringing out
the warrior in you and boosting your every punch and kick, meditation empowers you
mentally and physically. Make this a habit and you’ll only head towards achieving your
best.

5 Easy Self-Defense Moves Every Woman Should Know

Self-defense is not only about handling uncalled situations. Today, this practice of learning the action moves counts for being fit too. When situations that make you feel uncomfortable and offend your personal space, keep no room for thoughts and actions. Your alertness, quick decision making and confidence accounts for a lot more than what you can imagine.

Make note of things that you must do and be prepared with when you’re stuck in circumstances like these, be smart and:

  • Avoid deserted areas or places that are lonesome or tricky. (We all know them!)
  • Always carry a safety weapon (like pepper spray or a loud whistle etc.)
  • Be confident; this makes the harasser think twice and unsettles their thoughts
  • Create a scene; alert the people around and grab attention.
  • Keep your phone handy to alert people and police immediately. Also, keep the Govt. approved Safety apps. downloaded.

However, knowing some techniques and moves can help you a lot when situation gets out of control. So here, we bring you some hardcore moves that backs your self-defense:

1. A Straight Punch: If you’re in a position wherein the identified threat stands in-front of you, go for a straight power packed punch. Follow this action with a kick from the ball of your foot and thrust your hip and fist forward at the same time. Keep in mind when you’re aiming for a punch, go for a vulnerable area—for example, your attacker’s eyes, nose, or throat. These points will be most effective and shall buy you time to run.

2. Kick in the groin: As effective as the straight punch, a kick in the groin area is a vulnerable spot too. Draw your hips ahead with your knee bent and heel back. Extend your knee and leg with force, making contact with the attacker’s groin area with the top of your foot. This kick can make your attacker go numb and give you some time to deliver more punches and kick, before you leave the spot.

3. Palm Heel Strike: This move holds the potential to damage the nose and throat of the attacker. To implement this move, prepare yourself to face the attacker directly. Aim for the nose, & go upward from the nostrils, or aim for the chin and go in the direction of the throat. Recoil back into your stance. Pulling your arm back will help thrust the attacker’s head up and back. This shall leave the attacker lean backward, giving you a chance to escape.

4. Mind the ‘Bear Hug Attack’: For when you’re attacked from behind, this technique shall help you the most. Bend forward from the waist so that it becomes difficult for the attacker to pick you up. Throw your elbows from side to side to reach the attacker’s face. Turn around and throw some more elbow shots and some kicks too. Flee from the spot immediately.

5. Choke Defense: If your attacker goes on and tries to choke you, don’t waste your time undoing his grip on your neck. It’ll be totally going in vain, especially if you’re smaller than your attacker. Use your hands like hooks with your thumbs against your pointer fingers making a “C” shape.  Pluck at your attacker’s thumbs and if possible, kick at the same time. If you’re successful in plucking your attacker’s thumbs away, it’ll be harder for him or her to maintain the choke and will give it away. Remember, you’ll only have between 3 to 8 seconds to get your attacker’s hands off your throat before you start to lose oxygen and pass out, so make your actions quick and give the attacker no time to process.

These steps are easy to recall and help you to escape the situation. Don’t lose your calm and be alert of what all you can do at that point of time. Even use the materials in your surrounding or anything that you can catch hold of, such as purse, briefcase, umbrella, phone, pencil or book to defend yourself. Remember to be quick on your feet and make noise so that you can alert as much people as you can to get attention on you.

MMA Matrix – Redefining Fitness

In the fitness driven lifestyle of today, if you go out and ask people about what their understanding of fitness or what their definition of fitness is, we’re sure not one answer is going to be the same! To hundred people, there are hundred opinions for the same thing. So, how do we suggest if something is deemed to be called ‘fit’ or not?

Our idea of being fit is always far-fetched from our reality. The fit version of us, in our head, is always toned, strong and much more appealing than how we currently are. And that ignites the hunger to strive for more and get better and better. To achieve that ‘ideal’ model of us, we sometimes over exhaust ourselves and forget to understand how much ‘fit’ is fit for us!

To think someone who is in shape is fit, might be one of the biggest misconceptions you’ve ever had. ‘Being Fit’ merely does not mean being in shape. Fitness is a vast aspect, of which a good and toned body is the result.

A healthy and a fit person can be considered as the one who is free from diseases, in control of all the limits in the body such as the cholesterol levels, blood sugar levels, triglycerides level, blood pressure etc. and have an alert body and mind! Yes, it might be difficult to get all of that in control, but the effort to balance these numbers and levels, gets you in the fit and healthy zone already! Let’s face it in reality, it is only theoretical to be absolutely fit and healthy. But this definitely does not mean that one doesn’t put any effort to achieving a fit self. Being fit mentally and physically makes you lead a happy life and invites positivity around you. It promotes a positive outlook and drives the spirit to face the challenges in life.

This spirit is what makes the essence of fitness. The positivity, the body and mind that supports it and the alertness of the ‘present’ which one lives in. It is this spirit we at MMA Matrix try and inculcate in our members, rather everybody who is associated with us. Yes, we provide A to Z for physical fitness, but we also provide for the mental calmness that one needs. Be it through sweating it out, fighting it out or entering the calm zone. We know the difference between ‘getting fit’ and over-exerting. Hence, our trainers and instructors advice you a routine that is as per your body capabilities and needs. Nothing more, nothing less.

MMA Matrix believes in its members leading a life, that makes gives them faith that they can achieve anything they want, and that they are living the best version of themselves, right now! There’s a lot when it comes to what fitness contributes in, and we strive to strike that balance, that one’s body and mind needs.

Understanding the daily routine of a common working Indian, people have begun to dedicate a chunk of daily life to fitness, realising its importance and learning about the diseases or problems that age or keeping unhealthy lifestyle brings. Our team stands against these problems and guides the members to how they can reduce or resolve their issues to a greater extent by providing solutions and conducting classes and workshops.

Not restricting our knowledge just to our space, we push snippets and glimpses of the classes to our digital front, inviting everyone to come and experience the path of a healthy and fit life. For which, we also have included free trial sessions for all of you to feel the motivating and encouraging vibe of our place and also try our new-age and highly efficient workout machines that makes you feel the difference yourself.

Supporting the enthusiasm and understanding the gravity of good health in everyone’s life, here are some small tips from us that’ll add a great value to your health:

  1. Opt exercising: Get off a stop early from your usual stop, choose stairs instead of lifts, park further in the lot to make yourself do some daily exercise.
  •  Keep healthy snack handy: Almonds, raisins, dark chocolate (yes!), fresh fruits that appeals your tastebuds and boosts your immunity.
  • Keep your mind relaxed: Surround yourself with personal and pleasing objects. They help the frayed nerves relax.
  • Don’t over-work on your muscles and take periodical breaks: Chances of having Repetitive Strain Injury (RSI) increases if you invest a long period of time exercising without taking any breaks.
  • Get moving!: Stretch, take breaks, take a walk, absorb some sunlight etc. Keep yourself moving and fidgety. This will keep you on your active and on your toes.

Although World’s Health Day is celebrated for just a day, we shouldn’t forget the importance and pros of having a healthy body and mind; and an active life as a part of our everyday routine. At the end, we should never forget that –

“Health is a relationship between you and your body”

~Terri Guillemets
